Shipping/ Returns+ Terms
SaNCt Desiderata’s jewelry is made to order unless stated as Ready to Ship. Because of this we don’t accept returns on made to order pieces.
For Ready to Ship pieces we offer exchange for store credit only.
We ship inside the US with UPS carbon neutral for $13 Flat Rate.
For international estimates please email us info@stdesiderata.com so we can find the right fee for your location.
Production & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, it goes to production (estimate 5-10 business days) and when it’s finished we will ship it to you.
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel it, please be sure when making your purchase, if you need any help in deciding don’t hesitate to contact us!
We offer repairs for an extra fee, however shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please be sure to take all the steps to send your package in a secure way, i.e. packaging and insurance.
Once we get the piece, repair will take approximately 1-2 weeks.
We also offer stone replacement, resizing, reshaping, re-polishing, cleaning and more.
We love custom orders, finding a home for a gemstone you have or using old gold to make a new piece, etc…but we cannot take all of them, we reserve the right to decline custom pieces that
don’t go with our image as a brand. Please write us your requests at info@stdesiderata.com so we can review it.
Sizing, stone customization and engraving
-Size:
If you don’t know your ring size the most accurate way is to go to a local jeweler/jewelry store and get your ring sized. Here’s a few options to do it at home:

Please size your ring a few times a day, sizes fluctuate depending on the weather.
-Stone customization:
We can customize any rings with different stones if it fits the designs, sometimes its just a different color, sometimes its a different shape, it all depends on the design and if it fits the right shape, so please write us so we can see if we can do anything to help out!
-Engraving:
We offer custom engraving if it fits in the piece, please contact us for fee estimates.
We only use natural gemstones and fine metals, although our materials are premium, there’s characteristics that every material has and should be respected and cared for for ultimate long
lasting results. If you care correctly for your jewelry it should last forever.
When you order from us, you will get a mini-manual on how to care for and clean your jewelry, i’ve been working with jewelry for a lot of years and trust me, i’ve tried a lot of things and even played with the gems to see how much they can take with normal or excessive wear.
Opals and pearl should avoid being underwater for long periods of times. Opals can change color depending on the weather because they’re porous and they lose and absorb water from the air. Pearls are strong yet delicate, but they can lose their shine in very hot water and get scratched too, they can be polished back though.
Hard stones like diamond and sapphires, are more forgiving, but be mindful of the jewelry you wear, the rule is before going to bed take off your jewelry, also before working out or building Ikea furniture.
Yellow gold and silver are soft metals so naturally they will become scratched or deformed if you step on them or do hard work while wearing them, depending on the problem it can also be fixed.
Cleaning: For cleaning in my ultrasonic machine i use Mrs Meyer’s Clean day dish soap, the dish soap strips the grease and creams that get stuck in your jewelry, this soap is made from plant-derived cleaning ingredients and it’s also biodegradable. For your home you can use an old toothbrush with warm (DISH) soapy water, then rinse AND DRY.
